Hi

With winter coming I was thinking of buying a Sun Lamp. I was wondering if anybody else has one or has used one and if they work? Also any recommendations on a good one?

Thoughts?

Hello, ]]35, welcome to the Depression Forum.

I've been told that if you have SAD illness (the name for Seasonal Affective Disorder), they are beneficial, but a little expensive. Your best
choice in selection is completely up to you. I would think you might
find a very good one online if you are interested.

Wish I could tell you that I have used one--not so, though. We have had one or two people say that they are very effective and others responded by saying  they might consider buying one.  Perhaps another member will come online who has used one and give you the information you hope to have.

Thanks for checking with us.

I.G.
