Ok, I started calling for refill authorization when I saw the pills getting low. Called back and forth between doc and pharmacy. Nothing. Then yesterday the pharmacy finally said he denied the refill mad The doc could have told me to come in. Now its the weekend and a hurricane is coming. No chance of any med to help me. I am on the 3rd day with no pills. Been going steadily downhill. All of the little bit of progress is going away. I feel queasy because the sadness sits right at the top of my stomach. I feel weak. Tears just seem to fall from my eyes on their own. I can't keep thoughts of my ex out of my head. I can't stop thinking about wanting to be back together. The self destructive thoughts are popping up more and more. I feel like giving up. Thank God for my son. I have to take care of him but it is getting hard. I just want to lay down. Why is this happening to me? Tried to get a sooner appt, they are scheduling into October now. I found myself looking at the calendar and counting the days until Sept 15. Time seems like it is creeping. I hope I can make it. Feel so weak and tired. cry cry cry cry

I'm very sorry this has happened to you, stillme.
It sounds as if a mistake has been made somewhere; your doctor
would not likely leave you without anything unless the prescription is one that he feels may not be right for you; and even at that, many physicians would have recommended or prescribed something different.

Perhaps he's in an office with other physicians who were not authorized to give you the prescription if your physician was away from his office for several days. These things do happen, unfortunately, but not often, thank goodness.

Have you tried contacting another physician and getting an appointment as soon as possible to get back on the proper medication for you? I would consider getting another physician, anyway, since
this could happen again, leaving you unmedicated.

We aren't doctors so we can't tell you what to take, but I can tell
you that aspirin has helped me at times when I was feeling a little down.

Hope you get this worked out soon. Let us know what you decide to do
if you would.

Take care.

Doing pretty good right now. Been cleaning and getting some things done for work. Hopefully I can keep this up. This morning I thought I was going to lose my mind for a while. But, I fought on past it. Will probably take a sleeping pill tonight. That quiet time is rough. Thank you for your support. I feel like I sound like a broken record. Everyone keeps saying just move on. I want to but it seems like I'm stuck in cement. They are also saying I don't need any medicine. They don't know how I really feel. I am still sad even with the medicine but I'm able to at least have more moments without being consumed by it. It helps me ward off the constant thoughts. Oh well.

I am glad that you are feeling better, but do get your meds as soon as you can. Even if you have to call the doc 24/7.

Take care,

Keep us posted.

Why does my ex follow me to my dreams? Which causes me to wake up crying. I'm not sure I can take much more. I don't want to take much more.I am consumed by it and nobody knows. I'm back to feeling all jittery. I literally feel sick. I am locked in my head and being tormented. I can't run can't hide. Noboday can protect me. More and more I just want to lie here and let it take over until I am no more.

I was once told by and elderly woman that our dreams can be fears or desires. Maybe tht comes in to play here. Maybe trying not to worry about dreaming about him would help. And remember it is just a dream. Not real life. So onc3e you wake up it is gone. Just the feeling of it is there. I use to have a dream dictionary, but it made no sense. So it is hard to say what the meanings of your dreams are. You might want to check that out.
