I have had a not so good day. I miss my mom more than ever. I am feeling at my worst mentally and physically and just want someone to lift my spirits because I am too afraid to look elsewhere. Hoping for a reply. : )

Why are you afraid to look else where? Do you have friends or relatives close by? WHat happened to your mom? I am 55 and gut injured. I do have an ileostomy that saved my life and so far so good, but I am alone too and just lost my mom who was 92. I saw her die in her nursing home. I can relate. You are likely much younger. I feel for you. If you are in good shape physically, count your many blessings. Maybe a pastor or counselor to help you deal with the absence of your mom?

May, I am sorry for the loss of your mother.

I hope that each day brings you a little less pain. Your mom wouldn't want you to be hurting, but I can't imagine how tough it must be. Losing anybody is a very difficult situation, and I truly hope you find some relief soon. I will check in most every day, as will many others.

Hope tomorrow is better for you.

When you feel so bad inside tell yourself that tomorow will be better......because it will be. All that you feel is a normal process of healing...when you understand this and accept it it makes it easier. I have lost and suffered and needed to understand the process of grief
once I had therapy it took time but I slowly felt better. You are never alone and although phisically and mentally it is a consuming challenge.....remember it will get better. Remember your mom would not want you to suffer, think only of the good times you shared. Keep yourself busy do something that makes you feel good. Be with people not on your own if possible.
Tomorrow will be better.

May,

I hope that your day got better as it went on and that you are feeling better now.

Did something happen to your mom? Or are you just away from her at this time? I think we are a little confused at this point.

Keep posting, and as you can see, people here care about you.

Let us know how you are getting along.

Hugs, Karen
