Having a complete breakdown. Nothing is making sense, I am spiraling out of control right now.  Trying to seek help, but no luck. Not sure what to do in the meantime, I am hysterical. What do I do
I am sorry but I had to edit your post as we aren't allowed to discuss self harm.  Please do continue to post because I think it will help you...

Just sit down, close your eyes, and try to relax.

You are in control of the situation, don't forget that.

I understand how you feel trying to get help but none is available. Keep looking. Make an appointment even if it seems to be a long way off. Trying to calm down. Breathe in and out slowly. Keep posting here, this is a great support system.

Yes do the breathing. In through the nose and out through the mouth. It is called smelling the roses and blowing out the candles, It helps to calm you down. Tell yourself that you care about yourself, try not to take it out on yourself anymore. I had to edit your post as we aren't allowed to discuss self harm. But i truly do understand where you are coming from and how it feels. It does snap you out of things though, but it isn't the way to treat yourself. I understand that feeling that causes you to commit such things too. I am sorry that you are going through this. Talking to a counselor helps. It really does. And coming here helps too. So continue to do so.

I hope that you feel better soon.

Hugs, Karen

Sydneyrose, what help have you sought? Don't know where you live but anyone can get an appointment with a general doctor. At most a few days is all you'd need to wait. You have to see that doctor anyway to get a referral to elsewhere if needed so start at the beginninjg and see the local doctor first. Don't give up before you have started.
