Nichole, I am sorry that you are having a rough week. Try to relax and go with the flow if you can. I hope that things get better for you soon. If you want to talk about it, we are here for you.
And if you don't, you know that is okay too.

Take care sweetie.

Hugs Karen Thank you. I might be able to talk about it a little later. Fighting tears and everything right now.

How are you doing?

I am doing good. Getting ready for winter here. It was cold today. Made some apple sauce today with some apples that my husband picked out of an old abandoned orchard. We pick mushrooms in the spring there. Then we pick blackberries, apples and pears out of it in the fall. It is really cool. There are trails all up and down it. Some of the trees are in the woods. I really like it there. Out in the nature. I wish I could share it with you.

Once I actually saw a cougar out there. I was walking my dogs. They aren't suppose to be in this area. But there have been a few sightings.

The colors are starting to change here too. It will be really pretty before long. But then comes winter. Yuck... But I make it through each year. One day at a time.

I hope that you do feel better soon. Take care Nichole. Have a good night.

Until next time...

Hugs, Karen

Yesterday my supervisor took over for lunch and then snack I was teasing her and told her she can do snack... She said "nope, you get to put what I did into place. Ill back you up"... I froze up Its not that I couldnt do it but I hate seeing thislil guy cry and feel even worse when I cant get him to stop. She saw that I froze though, didnt sayanything to me but took over.. Hee didnt really wanna eat though so it saved both ofus lol (My keyboard is ddriving me nuts! its skipping letters I type and doublign others ugh)

Have you ever tried just taking something like xanax for your anxiety and dropping the ad med? I can't remember what you take, but some people just need an anti anxiety med to cope.

I hope that you feel better soon. I am sorry about the guy at work. Poor kid. They are being kind of rough on him aren't they?Kind of pushing him out of his comfort zone. But he will learn.

You are so sweet to care about him. I commend you on that. Some people just push you right out of the nest and let you try to fly. Sometimes that works, sometimes not.

Take care Nichole, I am havintg a hard time typing too. Cold here today, we are suppose to get rain.

Hugs, Karen

If you have been on your current medications for at least a few months and are still feeling "drugged out" that really is a good indication that you may need some kind of adjustment either to the dose, schedule or a different medication all together.

If you have an appointment with your prescribing doctor soon be sure to talk this over. If you don't have one coming up in the next few weeks then make one or at least call in and report your problems with your meds and ask the doctor what to do.
