Hi guys and girls,
I'm new to this forum, and just would like to ask you if you think that meditation helps when you are depressed? I got a DVD from a friend, Meditation from the perspective of science, health and spirituality (Meditactics), and I would like to try some of the meditations on the DVD.
But I don't really know where to start, it is like a whole bunch of stuff there.. Maybe you can help me to choose the appropriate place to start? The contents on the DVD is found at www.meditactics.com/content.html
my condition, well.. I was raised to never fail, always be on top, always have an answer to a question. I have a period of over activity, followed by a deep "can't lift a finger"-state (like almost being dead). And I don't have any idea how to avoid this...
Yeah, so I thought maybe there is a meditation that could suit me.
Would be grateful for you advise.
