We worry because we care and being reallydown doe not make you selfish. Don't YOU worry, ok?

I'm a mama, I am hardwired to worry-lol

Definitely talk to whomever about your meds-they can make all the difference in the world. I had about given up on meds anf found a good(fingers crossed) combo.

Keep us posted

Glad you are going for your appt today. Hope you get something that helps. Always feel free to post. We do care about each other so worry goes with the territory when you know someone is in need. We all lean on each other. It's really great not to be judged, but to be supported isn't it!

Let us know what the dr says.
