Okay, Bayoub2, we all know the feeling, but don't be gone too long.
The forum really values your views and maturity.
Leave the caffeine alone for a while, please. Stop using tea and
eating chocolate, also. See if your feeling tone doesn't get better
before next week is over. Eat plenty of salads, as well. Keep yourself
well hydrated with water. It'll do wonders.
Get your rest and avoid alcohol completely if you can do that. You'll be
feeling 100% better in just a few days.
Many Embers on the Bipolar forum has said that she has finally accepted the fact that her husband is just ill and that she can't listen to him anymore. Maybe a little of that will help your feeling tone, too.
We all know the feeling so well. It will pass, and we need you back
here as soon as you feel well enough to sit at the computer and
tell us what you did that helped.
