Thanks boo-it was on an old Oprah and I've been doing it since...funny thing, after Katrina I had no trouble finding things to be grateful, when you would expect opposite....it made us focus on the real priorities.
In the hospital, we had to say something nice about ourself and a small goal for the day. That is also good exercise when we a re depressed. Make the goal small like cleaning out yr sock drawer lol...you feel better , not so guilty/worthless when you accomplish something
