Aloha, I usually "hang out" at the fibro board but I'm so depressed today that I went searching for a more appropriate room.   I wish I could be home in bed with the covers over my head instead of at work.

I'm saying hi and I'll keep on reading.

I've been in such a strange "place" I totally forgot to come back here and check messages.  So very sorry and thank you so much for your welcomes.

I'm better - though probably very tired.  I work my tushy off to keep from having to deal with things usually.

I'll be better and come back sooner.... :-)

Hey Emi!!

Nice to meet you! In Lupus land we call it Lupus Fog . . . in Fibro land, I'm sure it Fibro Fog . . .

So glad you stopped back. Chronic pain or chronic illness can sure zap your energy and cause depression. I hope you are sleep well and have some method of keeping your pain under control.

Blessings!
