I'm having trouble getting going in the mornings. The anxiety seems to be the worst but once I get beyond it I can function.
Does anyone have some ideas for how to get out of your head and get your body moving in the morning. We have plans to go to the beach today to check on our house but I'm filled with anxiety today. Just took a bit of klonapin to help. Trying to get myslef to do something with my son but its so hard to get going.
