Can anyone explain exactly what this is? Are there criteria to determine if you have an imbalance?

Thanks.

Hi, an imbalance in when you have more of one hormone than the ohter. I haven't done to much on it but i study psychology so i know a bit.
Having more of one hormone, eg. the happiness hormone, can make you hyperactive, having too little of it can make you depressed.
Urine samples can check for it, i think. But i don't know too much. Sorry.

Hi Carlita,

I have some information on the chemical inbalance but, it's in a .pdf file and, too large to post here.

I would be glad to email it to you if you like.  It's in plain, simple terms so we can all understand it.

Let me know if you want the file. :-)

Thanks Charlie. RainDance, thanks for offering that file. I did a lot of research online last night and got a pretty good understanding of the basics. Thanks anyway. Carlita
