Yes, and mental "fog", as well, among other things.

Yes, unfortunately. Stress, constant rumination, they are not good and can create a lot of tension.

BaByGaBe,

I have what is called a bed buddy. It is a tube of rice that you heat in a bag in the microwave. I then place it around my neck. Stress and tension cause our muscles to tighten up. Especially in our neck and shoulder area. Try this. It relaxes those muscles and can make your headache go away. It sounds like tension in your neck and shoulders from being tense. See if the bed buddy helps you. You can get them at Walmart in the pharmacy for under 20.00. They really help. Actually I have two. I heat one and put it by my feet in bed in the winter. Keeps it warm until I fall alseep. Hope that this helps some.

Welcome to the forum.

Hugs, Karen

I think I will get one of those because I have frequent headaches. I would have to say YES depression causes headaches because it is soooooo stressful.

Yuo can make it out of a tube sock filled 3/4 full of rice, then tie the end in a knot or sew it. Works just fine. And a lot cheaper. It really helps, and loosens up the sinuses too.

Good luck...
