Hi Jamie,

I am sorry that you can't sleep. I hope that you manage to get some rest. Try meditation. See if that helps you relax.

Hugs, Karen

Jamie:  I feel so bad for you.  I can't remember the last time when you got some quality/quantity of sleep.  Are you still weaning off any of your meds?  I know you have several issues going on at once, but I seem to remember you were lowering your dosage of something to get off of it.  I know my system is really sensitive.  I just had to take myself off of Seroquel because of the price (about three weeks ago) and I am spending a couple of hours each night staring at my ceiling now.

..Just thought I'd ask.  And am hoping for the best for you.

Cass

Hi Jamiee. New member here; Kelsey. I'm sorry you're having trouble sleeping. It definitely has something to do with the seroquel. You probably took your largest dose at bedtime? Sending happy thoughts your way. And hoping you get some quality rest soon!

I will be drifting off soon. I'm so happy to sleep. Its the only time I have a break from this awful sadness. However sometimes it follows me into my dreams. Hopefully not tonight, I am tired mentally and physically. Didn't know depression wears this much on the physical body.

Hope everyone gets good, comfortable sleep.

Glad to hear that you finally got some sleep... I am a new member, so you must forgive me, but I have a questions : are you female? The reason why I'm asking is because I was also having a terrible time sleeping and my Doctor didn't want to give me a sleeping pill because of the addictive effects, so i went to my hormone replacement thearpist and he has me taking 200mg of bioidentical progesterone 1 hour before bedtime and it has worked wonders for me. Just a thought.... sorry I don't know much about you, but I can totally understand your frustration. Good Luck !! Try to get some ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Blessings, Michelle
