Thank you all for the welcome are warm wishes. It is much appreciated.

Just to let you all know that while I am new to moderating on Healing Well I am "an old hand" when it comes to being a discussion board/forum moderator. All told I have almost 10 years experience in being a moderator and have always been considered to be very fair, considerate, and level as well as a team player. I view the position as an honor, a trust, and that my real job is to support the members.

Given that I doubt anyone will notice any changes or bumps in the road from what you are used to. If at any time any of you have any concerns or anything I can help you with please feel free to email me and I will do my best to help or address your concerns.
