We have hit midnight, this means Christmas day is upon us!  In two hours Santa will be finsihed here and make his way over to Jamiee and not far behind, he will make his way over to the rest of you.

May you all have a fantastic Xmas, even if this is a tough time of year for you, may you see the beauty around you, count your blessings.  Be safe, find the good amongst the not so good, eat to much and know you are important around here

It is Christmas eve here in the USA and we call this the Longest Day of the year as we have a small child who just can't wait until Christmas actually gets here.

As I write this he has 23 1/2 hours before he gets to see what gifts Santa and his Mom and I got him. Around 4 or 5 this evening we will start tracking Santa on the computer which he always finds fun.

My youngest is 6 this year and I am sadly counting the days when he no longer believes in Santa. The innocence and joy in kids this time of the year is truly magical.

I know I miss the joy of Christmas when there is a little one around...they make all that craziness worthwhile. My daughter is 15 now, but I will never forget the look on her face all those Christmas mornings

To all with young ones, drink it in...they grow up soooo fast!!

Merry Xmas to all

Maggie

The joy of Christmas continues for me and in fact I am on my third round of little ones.............You see my oldest is 46, his daughter is 25 and her two girls are 3 and 5 years old so I am fortunate to keep on playing Santa.  Yes today is Christmas Eve and soon everyone will be gathering at my FIL for our celebration.  This will be the first Christmas without my MIL - bless her heart but we will carry on her traditions.

Awty, The gift of love. The gift of peace. The gift of happiness. May all these be yours at Christmas. Thank you for being my friend.

I love this thread. I am excited for Christmas this year. I can't wait to give my husband his presents. I didn't get a lot, but got a couple of nice things. I think it is so cute how you all talk about the little ones being excited for Santa. I can see the joy and excitement in their eyes as I read. Christmas is for kids of all ages.

Awty, what did you get for Moki? I haven't gotten Jasmine anything. Maybe I will wrap up some dog cookies for her. Should of gotten her a toy. I still have time.

I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas Eve and Day...

Hugs, Karen

Santa Claus must be feeding his reindeer about now on the East Coast of the United States; he's getting ready for the trip here, I think. He'll be here before long.

I can hardly wait to see the adorable faces of my two little grandchildren tomorrow afternoon when they come over to tell me all their gifts and how much Santa enjoyed the cookies left for him!

I'm so glad to be alive to visit with them another year. All of you, please live well in the coming year and have a pleasant New Year, too!

I.G.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL! It feels less magical this year, but the runs of Charlie Browns and Wizard of Oz have made me feel better :) this is the second Christmas without my brother and his daughters are taking it worse this year than the last.

I hope you can all count your blessings, as will I, and you all be blessed.

Much love to you all..

Can't be too far away now guys, Santa got stuck in my chimney, but I got my trusted broom out, gave him a shove, and sent him on his way, lol

Lil Ole Kitt, that was lovely, thankyou.

Lil Ole Karen, Moki got a little stocking filled with cat toys, as I left for work tonight he was busy watching them slide across the wooden floor boards and hitting them under the couch for me to retrieve for him, great game that is.

Kelsrox, I agree, count our blessings, we don't know how long we have our loved ones in our life, it is a very sad lesson you have learn't, and I am sorry you have been through that, may you be the shining light for his daughters today.

Jim, that's priceless, I love that you enjoy seeing the boys track Santa on the computer, that innocence is priceless.

I really hope you all have a good day as you wake for your Xmas, mine is over, and I was in a really low mood Xmas evening, but have had a lovely day with friends today. Having good people around you is a true blessing.

Take care all
