I did sleep well yesterday thanks, woke with enough energy to go for a walk and come home and do the lawns before work.

Grandma J, you know your cat looked up from it's sleeping place, and thought, oh goodie, nice soft hair to sleep in, I reckon I will just moosy on over.

Only I can see the camera Grandma J, with my super powered eyes, I won't spill the beans in the summer months, but you know I know now. smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin

We liked Wonder earlier, too... but stopped buying it some years ago (????recipe changed???).  Bottom line we got some again a few weeks ago on a whim, and will do so again.

Magpie, more info on the 'rain maker' thingy, please.

No I have one of those white noise machines..nothing magical. It soes summer night, waterfall, rain, rainforest ocean or heartbeat. Heartbeat is a little creepy-lol!!

I have always used tv for background noise but light flickering bothers me so I dug up my noise machine. I think it was 10 bucks at Walmart. Very soothing..

I like the real thing more, we have a tin roof and my daughter and I love to snuggle during a good thunderstorm and rain on the roof. And the dogs huddle under the bed shaking-lol

Have a wonderful day

'rain maker' thingy,...?

wondered if it was a recorded sound, not the real thing.

Aha...we both posted at the same time... So I guessed right, TaDa!
Yes, that's a great thing to have.  I'm going to look into it, myself.  In the past I've 'used' the TV, too.  Recently rely on some PM pills.

I had one of those noise machines, and still do. But I could always hear the ending and beginning of it as it made noise and that distracted me. They are nice though, especially the water sounds. LIke waves and such.

I enjoy sharing with you folks, too.

Thanks for making me feel welcome. Now, I have an idea for another game... is it too soon, too frivolous? Don't wish to hack the threads.

Glad you're out for a walk. Oh, check the cake ball thread. I had a disaster.

OOOOHHHH NOOOOOO!! No more gooey dough balls!!!! What is this world coming to????

Change just one letter on each line to go from the top word to the bottom. Do not change the order of the letters. You must have a word at each step.

SLEEP

DREAM

Sleep on that!! I just found an old book called Brain Games...some good stuff to get our motors running.
