We read the same msn news stories, Karen. Glad you posted it. Just had a bunch of strawberries yesterday. Hasn't 'helped' yet. Maybe I should munch on some more!

Thanks Karen,  great article.  We got 3 inches of snow last night so I guess we are now getting winter.  Hope it does not last until June smhair .

I'm doing real well except for that lil ole carb thing-lol!!!
