sorry all i am very depressed. seen the doc saturday, re-did my mental health plan
for my therapist. my depression scoring, known as a k10 was 45-50, my doctor was a
tad worried, i told him that for a little while now i have cycled through my manic phase
into my depressed phase, of which has been and is very cruel at this time. the news
about my neck and protruding disk hasn't helped either. i am sorry gang that i have
not been posting enough, not enough energy and focus. plus i am very emotional-
but i am trying to post as much as possible. am a bit of a mess.

my love to all. jamie

Hello Jaimie, sorry to hear that your so depressed, I know how depression is so debilitating, so sad, so much misery and yes very cruel. I offer some kind words, we love you Jaimie, you helped me when I was full of despair and you have a lot of courage dealing with your depression and bi-polar. The good thing here is we stay strong by helping each other. i hope you feel better soon.

therapist is worried about me, don't see him for a month, hence he wants me to make contact with the shrink quickly. i may tomorrow, we'll see. i don't feel good at all guys, i appreciate your love and support. am trying to rest but i keep getting bloody disturbed!!! am so tired, sleep is an absolute mess, my mind is all over the shop with countless thoughts. i don't know anymore. i don't care either. stuff it. your love and support keeps me knowing that there are people that care and support me, and i am very touched and appreciative, and i care and love you all too. it is that i am in a dark, dark place at the moment.

love you all, and thanx.

Hi Jamie:  Like Mogs said, I hope you get in quickly to see your Dr.  You have had way more than your fair share.  Somebody has to either provide you with some answers or some appropriate medicine to manage all this pain you are in.

Is there any reason why they won't even consider limited pain medication for your discs?

You need to go in there without you stiff upper lip Jamie and moan and groan and writhe around around on the florr-lol...if I don't exaggerate my pain, they don't want to give me drugs

We all put on a face to the world that everything is fine cause they don't really want to know but at the doctor's be really adamant about the pain, tell him all the things you cannot do anymore, what causes the pain to flare, write a pain journal, make a list...Jamie, doctors work for us so make sure he is doing HIS job

Be tough
Love you
Maggie
