I believe I have a number of things wrong with me.. But the one I'm pretty sure of it Depression.
I'm always thinking "What is there to live for?" or "There's nothing to live for."
I sometimes get really angry for nothing at all and will feel like crying when I haven't got anything to cry about.. I'm also a major hypochondriac.
I first started getting confused when my mother died. I have frequent anxiety attacks.. I have some what of abandonment issues.
I haven't been to a doctor yet.. even though it's been close to 4 years.
I sometimes have to force myself to want to go out and sleeping seems to be my favorite thing to do.
My grandparents, who take care of me and my brother, don't understand that I don't know whats wrong.

Feeling these feelings over a death is completely normal, but they should not go left unaddressed fro so long.

Please talk to your granma and get into see a therapist and possibly meds. Grieving is a process and a counselor can help you start to sort these feelings out.

I am sorry for your loss. You are still young and you CAN have a long happy life-your Mom would want that for you

Dear Frontline...I am so sorry for your loss....this is alot to deal with at any age. I agree with the others and strongley suggest you talk with your gramma and ask her to help make an appointment to see your doc. The sooner you talk to a professional about how you are feeling the sooner you will begin to feel better.

I am with Maggie...Your mom would have liked you to have a full and happy life. Keep us posted on how you are doing...we do care.

Bless you, Amy
