The Stargate Project was established by the U.S. Federal Government(CIA) to investigate claims of
psychic phenomena with potential military and domestic applications. KGB had similar research on
telepathy and tried to use telepathy in their spy operations.
The Stargate Project was terminated in 1995, they could not use mind reading with big success, probably because people have
not number, when they read peoples mind they could never know from which head they was reading.

Uri Geller could confirm at Stanford that he can read peoples mind.
Vinko Rajic is talking that he can send and receive up to few kilometer .
There is brain scan online on telepathic brain in file : Brain_Scan_Images_Vinko_Rajic.zip .
Big percent of people believe in telepathy but most schizophrenics believe that they are just telepathic.

James Randi offer one million dollar to any person that can do some paranormal thing like telepathy.
Why he offer those money when millions know Vinko Rajic and about telepathic torture show.
Do you think telepathy works?

Your understanding of psychic phenomena is so limited if you're basing your knowledge on the experimentations presented in your thread. You need to read much, much more information on the subject of telepathy from research on psychic studies and from many other sources of knowledge, as well as individuals' explanations that are real in regard to telepathic experiences.

It does not seem important to me to know whether we believe it happens or that it may occur in a schizophrenic personality disorder. That is so limited in scope and so inadequate as a judgment on whether psychic phenomena exist.

Please continue your reading on the subject and learn some of the more intriguing and valuable research evidence regarding a phenomenon that is outside the material world of scientific discovery. The very fact that the government did research on the subject is interesting, isn't it? Even though they found it did not work on large groups of people, that is not evidence that it might not be relevant to people who claim to have had such experiences (and there are many out there who do).

There is more out there among people and their understanding of the experience of telepathic knowledge than is even dreamed of in the material scientific fields.

Also read about clairvoyance for interesting information to satisfy your desire to know more. These clarivoyants are often used by the police in some cities to help with solving difficult crimes.
