As long as you don't do this for too long. Often we do need to just go with the flow of the day and not punish yourselves for doing absolutely nothing. But if this continues of not wanting to do anything, such as showering, then talk to the doctor about a med adjustment or some counseling if you aren't already going.
But to take one day and just be lazy is okay. We need to enjoy days like this with no feelings of guilt. Allow yourself today.
