Does anyone else have trouble finishing even the most basic task without worrying about
the outcome and stressing over it and feeling bad? My confidence in my own ability has faded to the point where I don't trust myself to do anything right. And my attention span is almost completely diminished, I can't do much without being distracted by negative thoughts and bad feelings. That really slows me down and makes everything seem difficult.
Yes, I realize these are all signs of our dreadful mood disorder, but if anyone has found ways to deal with such problems I'd love to hear about them.
