Thanks for your replies. IG, I've actually been reading your comments about the salt in othe threads so I'm going to check out a health food store one of these days and see if I can find it.
Actually, my diet is horrible (i.e. no problem in figuring out where/how I've gained my weight) so I know I need to do a total change in my whole diet. With summer comming...I'm hoping to get energized for that.
For me anyway, it is scary how much my depression kicks in and my mood changes when I lose sleep time. It is like I am entirely a different person. I've got my Xanax at night-time, but I know that I'm coming down with something, so I'm just thrown off.
Praying for a better nights sleep tonight!
