We made it through another day and:
Maybe the day had some dreadful rough spots, maybe we didn't want to get out of bed, maybe we cried or obsessed over some fear or regret, maybe we are getting worn down by our circumstance, maybe we have a hard time seeing any better days or good times ahead. But one thing is for sure, we're still here. . . . and because we're still here, maybe better days are just around the corner, maybe we'll discover something that brings us a joy and hope tomorrow or the next day, maybe someday soon we'll find new comfort in someone or something that we weren't expecting. Maybe before long we'll start to achieve better progress in our healing and move closer to recovery either naturally or through medication.
Maybe it's hard to imagine any of those things, but maybe it's better to believe it anyway.

You are right on dear. I tell myself that my life is NOT over and it will get better. There are always brief moments of light and lightness usually when we least expect it. Someone is kind or we have a good laugh or our dog gives us some extra love or something. Mornings are really rough for me and i lie in bed and read a  daily meditation and listen to some good song. When we least want to, we have to give ourselves the opportunity to see the bright side.
Thanks for reminding me of that exproud-a good way to end my day
take care and walk in the sunshine
