This link has the usual "go to" info for depression self help tools.  They all work at one time or another for one person or another.  It is trial and error, day to day until you learn to listen to your body and emotions, then learn what works for you.  Try to think of it as a treasury hunt for the prize!

Think outside the box and create your own "tool Box" that will work for you and keep you safe in the down times.  Remember to practice skills in the good times so you are ready with good ammo when the bad times hit.

Have a good evening everyone! Stay safe!

HI Karen, I am looking for new tools for new "Hic ups" in my journey. Always come across the same old stuff. Saw Usetoflys' post last night and thought I would share one of my favorite links.

It may be a little selfish of me, however, I like to believe that if you share what you know, down the road, someone will share what you need. We all learn from each other through our pain and trials.

Have a great day!
