I've been trying to find a Therapist using online searches, and I've found a few that way but they either aren't taking new clients or can't work with my schedule. I don't really have any connections to get recommendations from. Is there anything else I can try?

This isn't a therapist, but it might help you until you find one.  I have heard from members before that it helped them some.
I hope that this helps.  Certainly there must be somebody close to you that can see you.  Have you checked with social services or with your doctor to see who they can recommend?  My therapist is an hour away.  I only go every other month now.  There might be somebody that isn't online, so check with mental health services with the phone book.  I hope you find somebody to talk to.  It really does help a lot.
