Hi all,

A while back I wrote about taking Cipralex 10mg that how it didn't work after I thought it did. So I went back to my doc, and changed it. I had to go back on weaning it off and then started taking Pristiq. At first it wasn't much help, I still had the anxiety etc... and then I started taking it in the night.

Well it has been about week and half, and now I feel a bit better.

Finally after so many years I was able to find a psychiatrist. I haven't been there yet, and can't wait to start. But it is also making me nervous and anxious. I don't know what type of a person this doctor is. All I know is, that it is a woman. Oh I don't know, what it is that I am going through.

Everything is a like a anxiety to me. Anyway I will keep you posted about the therapy.

Try to relax, psychiatrists aren't like they use to be. I am sure she is a fine doctor.

Best wishes...

Hi Karen,

She was. I was too nervous and anxious. But I am glad I went. I am glad I am in therapy now. This was a much needed thing for me. I have been looking for one for a long time.

The first session was nice and I feel comfortable.
