This forurm is a blessing and i just want to say how grateful I am to have an outlet like this. Being able to type out my feelings and describe my despair is helpful, maybe it's a small thing but anything that gives me a little lift when I'm depressed - I'll take it.

Thanks to all who respond to posts, many of you are very unselfish and never actually start posts. It's very kind of you to help others in this way. It really does make a difference, I've gotten some good ideas here and feel like I'm part of a very kind and caring community.

Thank you all and Keep the faith!

Hi Exproud,

It makes me feel so good that you say kind things about the forum. This really is a cool place to come. I am happy for that.

I am up early so my writing isn't that good. It looks like rain. I hope that you have a good day. Take care, and keep posting.

Hugs, Karen

Thanks, you are a big reason why this is a good place to come. We could use some of that rain here in Missouri, very dry here and it's beginning to be a problem for us.

I'm still trying to develop the mindfulness you suggested, its a slow process and at times I get frustrated and skeptical about it, I guess I have to keep trying and keep believing in it.

Oh yes, keep believing. The power of the mind is so strong. You know how the negative things can take over, well the positive things can too... That is what is so remarkable.

It was rainy here this morning but has cleared up. My hubby went to a storage auction. I am praying he doesn't bring a bunch of junk home. lol...We have enough of our own. Wish me luck.

You really make me feel good. Thank you for what you said. I will look for some sites on mindfulness for you, or books. I am sure there is something that can help you. It is all about living in the moment. Hard, I know, but practice...

Hugs, Karen
