I'm really sorry you feel bad. I know how frustrating it can be. I've been depressed for about three years now. At times it feels really lonely and overwhelming, and like nobody seems to see my pain. It can get frustrating when all you want is to feel better and you aren't sure how to improve your mood.
I just want you to know that you are not alone. There are a lot of people who understand how you feel, and are super willing to help you. They wanna see you feeling good!
For a long time, I wasn't sure what to do to improve my situation. But one day, I decided I was going to do whatever it takes to make myself feel good again. I refused to allow myself to stay down and depressed.
I started looking up ways to ease depression and make myself feel good. I found out that exercising every day, eating healthy, taking natural supplements, and going to my counselor all made me feel a little better.
It has been really tough going through this, but I know I can do it.
I suggest getting a counselor to tell your feelings, thoughts, and anything you want/need to. They really help a lot. The biggest thing that helped me about counseling is that it made me feel like I had one place guarunteed where I could always go for a shoulder to lean on.
