Thank you everyone below for the comfort. I'm not in school right now, but I did talk to my bestfriend about it and it helped me get it all out. it's not nearly as bad now. I think he realized it. Or maybe it's just me. Anyways I'm doing alot better now and thank you for the help.

Hi Amber,

I am glad that you wrote a letter to your father. You will find a lack of communication is often the problem. You might find he thinks that you like to ride to school with the neighbor. But starting communication is the way to go.

I had to edit your post, we cant talk about self harm here. I am sorry and I hope you understsand. But no, not lots of people do it. And yes, it is a biggie...

I hope things get better for you soon. Keep posting...

Hugs, Karen

Hey there Amber. Good job on the letter. Its important that you get that out. You sound like you are going through an awful lot. Its tough to have a parent that isnt listening; and yelling all the time. First understand there is nothing wrong with you; you just have a lot on your plate and anyone would feel overwhelmed with that and hence that would affect a lot of things in our lives, friends included. Sometimes parents dont act in the best ways and no doubt it affects their kids. Is there someone you could talk to like a counsellor at school to help you deal with the overload of stress? Or that might be able to communicate with your parents that something in your home life is affecting your school life? Maybe they could help you delicately explain that things at home are not making life easy for you right now.

Keep writing.. we are listening.

First off, you need to go to your school counselor and try to report this, I had family situation like yours and you need help you are worth so much more. Talk to anyone at sschool who can help, counselors, teachers, principals...print this letter and give it to them, your abuse needs to end so you can have a chance in life. Please seek out help at school, you are worth it. Just raise your hand up high and say your abused, that might be your first step out of this situation, you need help and you are worthy of a better life. Keep us posted as we do care..prayers

I agree with Chartreux completely! Please see your school counselor and quickly! The situation you are living in is not how life is supposed to be. You say you have no talent, yet you seem to get your point across when writing, so you have a talent there. I know it's hard to see it that way right now, but it's true. You say you have no friends but here on this forum you have people who care. Maybe we aren't your friends yet, but give us a chance and we could be.

How are you doing today, did you talk to someone at your school? If you have the courage to write all this then you do have the courage to tell this to someone at your school, like a teacher, counselor, ect... it won't get better until you can get someone to help you....many well wishes and keep us posted as we do caree.
