Fear and anxiety can do that to us. But I think once you get out, you are going to feel better. When we are anxious or depressed, we tend to isolate ourselves from others. And after awhile, it is a real task to leave the house. I know, I had to do laundry today and I was a little anxious about it, but I went to the laundromat, and even got a dairy queen and went to the farmer's market. So I got a lot done. I am truly proud of what I accomplished. There was a time that I couldn't do any of that by myself because of fibromyalgia keeping me down.
I really think it will do you good to get out and you will be glad that you did it.
One step at a time. Baby steps if you have to. And let us know how it goes.
