Hey,

I posted here around year ago as far as I know. I guess no one remembers..at least I wouldnt. I'm 17 and I'm from Czech Republic. The reason why I'm posting here..I dont know exactly...I just felt the need to talk..get it out from me again. When I posted here for the last time..it was really, really bad. I think I wouldnt make it if I didnt make a thread here. I've been depressed since I was 10...thereabouts. I've been bullied a lot, also my mother kept yelling at me all the time because..she was just like that. I'm not bullied anymore and I dont live with my mother but, old wounds cannot be healed. I thought it will get better, I'll find some new friends..have a life...I dont have any friends at all, most of the people think that I'm an ****** or something like that. The only person I used to talk with was my grandmother, she died 2 months ago. I was sad, but not a lot.. I feel like I died inside. I dont have feelings at all..I dont like anyone, I dont have anything to live for. I honestly hate my life. I'm on high school now, I hate it but its survivable at least..

I'm sorry if this thread was just a waste of your time, I didnt really know where else should I post this. Thanks for reading tho :)

Hi FoX123,

I am glad that you posted again. I am sorry for the loss of your grandmother. That is hard...It does feel like you lost a part of yourself. Are you going to any counseling now? I think it would be a good idea. Things do get better in life. It just doesn't seem that way right now. Do keep posting. There will be others posting to you as the day goes on. This is a wonderful place to come for support. Take care, do think about seeing a counselor. They really do help when you find the right one.

Fox123,

So sorry for your loss.

You sound very depressed. It is a good idea for you find someone you trust to talk to. A guidance councelor, a teacher, coach, guardian. Any adult that will listen to you.

If you have a family doctor or GYN that your trust you could make an appointment and talk to them. It does sound like you need some antidepressants and some talk therapy.

Old wounds CAN heal. I am in the middle of healing from some nasty old wounds myself, so I know.

I understand that you have trust issues, that happens when you are bullied, however, to get out of this oppressive dark place you are in you need to be proactive for yourself and reach out, if not to someone to you know at least to a crisis line so they can put you in touch with a therapist resource.

Keep posting here we all care and will listen, that is all we can do though. I think you need a little more right now. Please let us know how you are doing and what steps you take to climb out of your funk.

Stay strong

Hi Fox123,

I'm sorry for your grand-mother, I lost mine 3 months ago and I'm still sad about it. You really need to find somebody new to talk to. A therapist would be the best because they know how to help heal old wounds and help you develop a social life. You need this, every body needs other people in their life, it's a basic emotional need. You really do need help, I suggest you ask your doctor or a help line, they will be able to help you find a good therapist close to you.

Don't wait any longer and do it! You won't regret this, we know, we have all been there! Doctor and therapist, that's what you need!

Take care and let us know when will be your appointment. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! We're here for you. You are not alone!

Take care,
Caroline

Counseling? I dont know. I never really told anyone about my problems. My grandmother didnt know either. I dont really want to tell anyone because..then they would know about my problems. I wouldnt mind if doctor knew. But then, my father would also know. I dont want anyone to treat me differently, to show regret(dont know if I said it correctly), sounds pretty silly doesnt it? My father doesnt accept psychological injuries. Unless you're physically injured, you aint injured. He'd think I'm not normal. He's an ******. I need to get out of here. That's the only solution for me. Oh, I forgot to mention, I live with him.

Hi Fox,

If you see a counselor, it is kept in confidence. They can not tell anybody what you say unless it is linked with a crime. So do think about seeing a therapist. And you have to be completely honest or they can't help you. Please think about it.
