allot has been happening to me lately
it seems like nothing has went the way it should in forever
the people i felt i could trust in the world are the ones it turns out i cant
,, i dont understand why people make the decisions they make in life or why they dont understand
what there actions are able to do to the people around them, even moe the ones who love them more than life itself
,,, love is such a crazy subject,,

i feel so lost, i also feel as if out of the 6 or 7 billion people in the world non of them
could understand my life i cant
since day one its just been bad
and continues to get wrose over the years never better,
i mean i look at the happy moments or memories should i say and they are all that keep me getting up in the morning now
i understand a person must take the good with the bad,, but why is more bad happening than good,, and the bad always over power the few good things

i mean god gives me life and air and food to eat and i thank him so so so

but im soo tired!!! and lately its a kindof tired that sleeping isnt helping

im tired of the pain of the hearache of the fake people of the liers of the rudeness of the stuggle!!!
im just so sick of being tired,,,,, im not suisideal or nothing but it makes me hope for the day of rest of which i dont have to wake up from

Do you think you could maybe have chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia? Both of them make you feel really tired and hurt. I hope that you find out what is going on. Welcome to the forum.

I hope that you keep posting.

crying for help.

something is out of balance in your life.

You can go to the doctors and talk to see if a diagnosis would be helpful, many of your symptoms match a few illness's.

A healthier diet may improve your mood. Lower your sugar intake, many people have a bad reaction to sugar and become lathargic.
Lower salt and fat intake. Eat less meat and more whole grains.
Drink a lot of water, stay away from Soda. Watch the artifical ingrediants in the food you eat, try to stay away from them.

I eat very little packaged food and follow this type of diet, within 30-45 days I felt a big difference in my outlook on life. Much more energy too.

Stay positive and strong, take care of yourself. Keep posting here, we care and will listen.

Trina.

I know what you mean about liars and fake people. I have 2 close friends and they are the anti drama straight shooter types. I'd rather have 2 friends I consider family than 10 I can't trust. Things will get better. :)

Yes a bad relationship can feel like the end of the world and it also colors everything else in our lives so it seems like nothing is good, but it will pass. As for the cheater, be thankful you found out what a loser he is before you had a ring on your finger and a couple of kids to raise alone. And whatever his issues it has nothing to do with you, it doesn't mean that you weren't enough just that he has no respect for himself or women in general. The best revenge is living well, as long as you are heartbroken and miserable he has won and he still controls you. So get up, go for a walk, go to the gym, have lunch with friends, buy a dog, whatever it takes to keep moving until you wake up one day and can't remember what you ever saw in that loser.
