I had to edit your post per policy. You can get try to get some control back while you are adjusting your medications.
During this very frustrating period, I strongly suggest you try mindfulness and/or meditation. These two techniques will calm
and center you during the chaos.
They may even help quiet your mind.

It is not that I don't hear what you are saying about
the meds and the doctor. However, there are somethings we can change immediately and some that we have to work towards. Medications are a work towards, and sometimes a huge challange. Don't loose heart!
