Hey guys in need some advise I'm totally
In love at the moment and am happy but every now and then I get a pang of loneliness or unsetteled around people and feel as I'm stuck in a rut. I v had depression before but this feeling is horrible. Need advise on how to change my thought process :( :(

HI Emz,

Welcome to the depression forum. I think that the best way to go about this is to get a therapist and work with cognative behavioral therapy.

It works on the way that we think and process information.
