I can tell you this and that it can get better. I was abused by 4 members of my family. So I am here to tell you things can get better.
Research mindfulness, focusing, meditation these things will help you through the rough times.
When you are having a BAD moment, hold ice cubes, it will help tremendously!
You must be your own advocate and reach out because people cannot read your mind. They would like to help, you have to let them know you need it.
