We can't discuss the cutting here Ayoosh, but could you see a school counselor? They are there for you. You are just starting school in a different place. You are going to make friends where you are, it just takes time. Get to know the other students. Keep an open mind. They aren't the same, but you will find people that you like.

Keep posting and know that we care.

AY

You may be down and confused, depression, not sure. Talk to one of the school counselors, they will listen, honest. It is so hard to believe, but I have been there, you will find new friends and be having fun soon. Stop the distructive behavior now, [i believe you did it because you read about it] before it goes any further. It does not solve anything,. People who do such things have way more to worry about than a new school.

Chin up and stay strong!

Dear A,

Since you have way more, I suggest you talk to someone you trust.

If your relationship is good with your Mom, start there.

Counselor at school is a good place to begin, if you go to church, priest, minister, pastor, you get the picture.

I can tell you this and that it can get better. I was abused by 4 members of my family. So I am here to tell you things can get better.

Research mindfulness, focusing, meditation these things will help you through the rough times.

When you are having a BAD moment, hold ice cubes, it will help tremendously!

You must be your own advocate and reach out because people cannot read your mind. They would like to help, you have to let them know you need it.

Stay strong! Keep posting here we all care and will help as much as possible.
