I really wish I knew what was wrong with me, I'm dealing with so much

1. I'm a part time college student
2. Photographer,model,fashion designer,promoter,fashion blogger,dancer
3. I'm in a long distance relationship smh
4. My brother is autistic with severe anxiety as well. (I lack sleep due to his episodes)
5. My mom is bipolar with a miniscous tear in her leg smh so I gotta help a lot around the house

I never seem to catch a darn break, everything is expected of me and all I do is help others so y am I dealing with all this crazy mess.

I've been dealing with on & off depression/low anxiety for a while probably about a year when me & my bf starting dating but that didn't build until I had to start traveling to see him due to lack of $$, transportation.

Then that kinda calmed down & right after Christmas when my brother got diagnosed with autism and everything it picked up again.

Then it calmed down then about 2 months ago when I encountered this situation with this online scammer I felt in fear as if my identity was being stolen. Smh the most craziest things popped in my head, it got so bad to where I started staying at my gmas house because it felt so negative at home.

This past week around Tuesday I found myself being short of breath, I went to the doctors and they said it May be due to stress but I doubted them . The breathing kinda calmed down & I noticed my heart started beating harder when I would lay down so I went to the hospital again, they drew blood & they said everything came back fine.

I dk I'm just really concerned about my well being. I just miss the old me. Ever since I been home for a year I have been dealing with this depression anxiety stuff. And the scary dreams I have don't help either. I really need someone to talk to because I really want to be healthy , mentally stable, and live a long happy life. Advice please??? :(

Welcome to the Forum,

I suggest you go back to the doctors and discuss panic attacks.

With the stress you are dealing with it is not wonder you are having panics attacks, and that is what it sounds like. Since the hospital found nothing wrong, I am guessing that is was is wrong along with your depression.

Look at the follow things that you are doing or not doing and see if you can improve on them. It will help how you feel. You can not help anyone else if you are not helping yourself first.

Sleep, are you getting at least 6- 7 hours a night

Water, are you drinking at least 32oz a day

Food, how much salt/sodium and sugar is in your diet, reduce them and you will feel better

Caffine, reduce it and it will help the depression

Walking at least 15 minutes OUTSIDE for you will improve your move every day.

Stay strong and keep posting, we are all here for each other!

I'm going to call the doctors in a bit about axiety attacks,
As for the sleep I'm not getting proper sleep being around my autistic brother who wakes up in the middle of the night and starts ranting until like 5 a.m. I'm starting to drink water more and avoid sugar foods. Also I'm about to get back with exercising again.

Maybe going to bed a little earlier will help you. I know it is hard, dealing with all this, but it will work out in the end. There is nothing wrong with being a good and helpful person. I am sorry to hear about your brother. I know you love him though and would do anything for him.

I think meditation would help you also. It can help you control the panic attacks. And it sounds like that is what it is to me too. They can sure be scary, but know that is the extent of it. And recognizing them helps to control them. Deep breathing helps. In throught the nose and out through the mouth. It is called blowing out the candles and smelling the roses. You can do this if you try. And practice makes perfect.

I know that you have a lot on your plate, but I think as long as you take it one day at a time, it is going to come easier for you. Keep posting and know that we all care. Things will get better.

Hugs, Karen

Try to take things one day at a time, and stay in the moment. If your health starts to get effected, you might have to lighten up and step back a little. Make a list of your priorities. Do what is most important and let go of something that isn't as important. That is if you need to. Are you seeing a counselor? If so this would be something to definately talk over with them. They will help you. We can guide you the best we can, but we can't take the place of professional help.

I hope that you feel better soon.

Hugs, Karen

I understand how you feel, try to stay calm, stress can do more damage than any real aliment.

Think positive and continue as you are, try meditation. I think you will come out ok.

Stay strong.
