Maybe going to bed a little earlier will help you. I know it is hard, dealing with all this, but it will work out in the end. There is nothing wrong with being a good and helpful person. I am sorry to hear about
your brother. I know you love him though and would do anything for him.
I think meditation would help you also. It can help you control the panic attacks. And it sounds like that is what it is to me too. They can sure be scary, but know that is the extent of it. And recognizing them helps to control them. Deep breathing
helps. In throught the nose and out through the mouth. It is called blowing out the candles
and smelling the roses. You can do this if you try. And practice makes perfect.
I know that you have a lot on your plate, but I think as long as you take it one day at a time, it is going to come easier for you. Keep posting and know that we all care. Things will get better.
PS I probably sound stupid, but what does smh mean. If I remembered that right.?
