Hey Sleepy girl,
Welcome to the forum!
Sound like you have landed in another depressive cycle. This happens to us, it is nothing to be worried or ashamed of. However, you do need to go and see possibly a therapist and/or a pychiastrist to adjust the meds.
there is a saying in Recovery, Inc. "Move the muscles and the brain will follow". Where this is very hard for those of us with depression, I can say first hand it is very true.
So move your muscles to the shower girl!! You do not need health problems on top of depression, go on get in the shower, it will do you good.
Let us know when you make the appointments, we care here. We will listen to you and support you the best we can.
Peace and courage
Be still and know there is Peace.
