Well, Hello everyone. Let me say first thank you for all the concern and support. I want to apologize for my last post and the desperation that you must of heard when any of you read it.
To be honest, I was feeling quite low. I had basically staying in a constant state of panic.
But like I said in that last post KEEP ASKING FOR HELP!! So that's what I did. I went to another hospital and ask for help. They put me in the mental health unit. It is a good program. My friend Julie took me to the hospital around 8 on Sunday night (last). I was given the nurse was very king and listened to me, then a doctor came in and he was very obvious the way he was watching me. lol I know my sings of anxiety and my signs of panic, but knowing them and controlling them are 2 completely 2 different things. He ordered Ativan to calm me down and sent in a crisis counselor. She listened to everything and after a while she said they would admit me there.
The unit is very nice, a lot of sunlight and you can go outside if you like during free time. The food wasn't very good but that is a small price to pay for help. I saw a doctor every day that I was there including the first. I was put on different meds. and I felt that a lot of the people that worked there were concerned for me and wanted to help. There were a lot of activities and there were groups. I saw a therapist while I was there, and several counselors worked in the groups.
I was there 4 days. I have to say that they were very understanding for the most part. They have a very good program.
More later just wanted you all to know that I went and I am home.
