sometimes we feel like we've "done" everything we know how to.
"I've tried this, i've done that, gone here, taken that", but we never stop, evaluate, and change things on the inside. we get so busy doing we get nothing done.
I had to have a come to jesus talk with myself. I struggled with suicide a lot. I had to literally, outloud, say something like "Angela, enough is enough. We don't need this anymore. Yes, you have had more stuggles than many, but you have been equipped to do this thing called life. Now get up. Stop letting things continuously steal your power away. Your living now so what are you going to do about it?" for some this means continuous med managment, along with weekly therapy. Some can meditate and go on walks. Some stay busy, some still for a while. Its different for every one of us who stuggle with this stuff. But at some point we have to turn to the inside, stop just "doing" the motions of treatment but really deep down, and I'm talking a place so deep you may have never been there yet, but deep down we can explore a better way to healing within ourselves.
