Sad this morning, as I am not working at a school until Wednesday. I enjoy being useful, even if it wears me out. BF and I are growing further apart, and I am unsure as how to try to fix the void. I am still having a food reaction from the weekend, feeling constantly headachey and partially nauseous. I am so happy that my colon issues are better now that I understand the triggers better. It is hard to avoid them, though.

Anyways. I just drained some white beans I soaked. I added an onion, some fresh bay leaves from my tree, some sage from my garden, and some chilis harvested from my plants. Not only does the kitchen smell lovely, but my hands also have the sage and chili oil on them.

Aromatherapy can be so helpful. I need to get back to using it.

Sounds very nice Myself!

I've heard aromatherapy can be very helpful and helps our mood. Glad this is working for you. I may try this sometime too.

Hey Myself!

I hope you get better soon (-:
That seems nice! I agree on what UA said, aromatherapy can help us with our mood. Like for an example, if I smell pizza, I would forget my problems and start digging in into that lovely pile of food, lol. Anywho, really hope you feel better!!

What comes to mind recently are:

1) A cold crisp white Belgian Ale poured.

2) A room temp block of Vermont White Sharp Cheddar.

Another school will call. Just enjoy your downtime, it's the calm before the storm. I know you'll find a great job and then you'll be missing these slow days!

Enjoy your aromatherapy! I've tried a few things but strong smells trigger migraines. Just take it one day at a time.

On the bf front, I'm sorry. I know how you feel. Just try to not let his ways drag you down. As I like to say, when you love someone you love them flaws and all. They are his, not yours. When it comes down to it you will know what to do.

When I was cleaning out my sister's stuff, I found a huge supply of oils. I decided to take them and start using them. I did for a while, but not so much since moving. I need to get back to it.

It was funny getting them through the airport security last summer. Luckily, it was an airport in an area that is more new-wave and alternative, so the guy didn't give me too much trouble,

I've read that certain oils are supposed to be great for migraines! My grandmother says I need to try peppermint oil. I keep thinking I need to get it but I have no idea where I could get it.

I need to look around and see if I can find candles or oils that don't put out a strong odor. I'd live to try aromatherapy. I could use the relaxation after these kids are done making me run my rear off! Lol. I guessi need to try some research. You have any suggestions that won't make my head smack me down?

Go to a health food store and see what works for you. My sister had a huge collection of oils meant to battle mood and pain. I find I really love the orange oils, and rosemary and lavender.

After this thread yesterday, I went and took a hot bath with some essential oils. I used marjoram, juniper, and a little too much peppermint, apparently. Boy, was I tingly!

But it was nice and made me feel much better.

To feeling better, chawl!
