Devine......I can hear your pain and understand thinking of death often, but please never consider death by your own hand. There are many people who care about you, including the folks in this forum, who would be left behind to greive their loss. If you are in a crisis situation please get your self to a crisis center or hospital emergency room immediately. I've no doubt that Heaven is a beautiful placel, but not before your time. There are many meds and therapists out there to help you....just reach out to them. I'll look foreward to hearing from you!

Hi Mercy,

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling right now.  Please do NOT do anything to hurt yourself.  I found this website about Schizoaffective Disorder.  I hope it helps you.  I will keep you close in my prayers.

Don't forget there are some posts in the second topic on the Depression forum with some help-lines and resources.

See "Depression Resources". There are books and some hotlines which you can contact 24/7.

Find help. There are many great resources available to you to help you through this difficult time.
We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.
