Gizzy'n Me... The spelling is different than the usual. Architect Kenn Rupard lived and worked in Hillclimb Court, and was a fixture at Pike Place Market. I have issues wih auto spell... LOL.
THANK U SO much. I had looked up all the info u gave. What an amazing creative architectural firm.. I enjoyed reading up on everything. The design feature u describe are so creative & spendy .
Spec homes now are a thing in the past. Very rarely do builders practice the pre build form of sales letting the design features do the selling. I did quite a few spec homes back in the day, as the standard of the day special features added made the homes stand alone and attract buyers with big $. Color boards were the fade then.
Thanks for more info will ck it out. How wonderful and lovely to have such a creative amazing profession. Back then all drawing were made by machine and printed out until computers came on the scene. Renderings, models, drawings were a lot of work before computers.
I did work briefly for a advertising firm drawing for advertising accounts for magazines & newspapers. Then later as a designer bidding on a job was always secure with a rendering. Most client's cannot picture how the end product would look. I always wondered how they picked out the upgrades.
UR comment on architects & interior designers brought back many memories and a giggle.... How true. LOL
Heard anything from UR fav NP. Or news from the doc? PLZ keep us posted.
Hope u r feeling well. U seem great, always a great sense of humor, and sharing UR design work means so much to a picture peop like me.
I cannot draw or paint anymore. I won a few awards paintng murals on a few buildings. Way back. Now there everywhere, and printedon stretch wrap. Progress! Miss it but thru the computer I am learning 3-D rendering. Really interesting. Tricky but I am full of design ideas & love the work.
Just a tired puppy tonite... Get back with u all later.
Good night every one on the, "Check in everyday post". Hope every one is doing well and sleep comes to those who need it and tomorrow brings peace and healing with a beautiful day !
