Good morning ......
Still not feeling too well. Another 7-days for the next set of blood tests and 8-days until I see my Nurse Practitioner and possibly Oncologist.
Food now has become an issue. I had the usual morning muffin yesterday - then nothing else to eat the rest of the day.
There are new reactions going on - like I have not experienced before. I will have one support group meeting on Thursday and another but less important one on Friday. It certainly seems like the cancer is contuing to spread.
I think it's time for me to check in with my local mentor. He's in the best position to give advice.
To all of you here ....... thanks for words of encouragement past and present - but think of it this way. If you were suffering from severe depression, and several of your friends had suggests for you - but none of them had ever suffered from severe depression .... you really wouldn't be talking the same language and the well-intended suggestions would miss the mark most often.
And so it is with metastisized prostate cancer stage #4. Besides the medical people, one of the support groups (on metastisized cancer) and my very recent mentor who has gone down very similar roads as me - are the only ones that can help.
Thanks for being there though! That means a lot!
Peace and wellness
