Don't know what is going on inside me lately. I feel like my reserves have been used up and there is nothing left inside for me to go on. Just exsting through each day with a numb feeling. maybe my emotional bank account is empty and I need to find a healthy way to put something back in.

Thanks everyone for allowing me to share and be a small part of your life.

We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.

Doing a bit better today. I have been asking God to take the false foundations I have built defenses on away and fill them with sound foundations from him. I guess he needs to empty the corrupt (for lack of a better term) before re can fill it with the good. Becareful what you ask for, he will give it to you. LOL.

Big hugs for you (((Randy)))

Dear Lord, I pray you would put your solid foundations in Randy.  I also ask that you would place people in his life to come alongside and encourage him.  Fill him with Your peace & hope Lord.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Hope tomorrows even better :-)

Take care, Softy
