Perhaps we can reflect on the people that are involved in this terrible hurricane instead of our own problems today, then it may boost us up to know we are doing something for others. When I think of what is facing them maybe for weeks, month's or as much as years, it makes me thank God for what I have. It is so easy for us to reflect upon them than it is to deal with our own depression today. I am doing this from my heart. Praying and thinking of them is the only thing I can do to help. Maybe you can join me and do the same. Either way, good Monday morning to you all!

I think that's a good idea Lefty. When we think about
others we forget about
ourselves. They need our prayers. Dee

This situation is so overwhelming. All the people hurt and homeless, it makes me realize that all of my depression seems rather minor in comparison to the suffering they are going through. I keep watching in disbelief. I agree that everyone needs to pray for all those affected by these terrible events.
