do you use any coping skills for your anxiety? Meds are great however they can not do 100% OF THE job because there are to many triggers in the real world!
I use controled breathing, this can be done when ever, where ever and no one knows you are doing it.
Breathe in count 1 2 3, breathe out 1 2 3 4... the longer exhale naturally calms the body.
I recommend mindfulness as a skill to look into. easily fits into daily live and reduces so many stresses.
