hey everyone dont know if anyone remembers me but im still around been sick the last 2 wks or so its not fun speacially when i have to work some of you mentioned i may be depressed because of what happned well its been 6 months of welll a as normal as it gets for me in life and still depressed and pretty much still in a crashed state of mind does anyone have pointers things to think about to help yourself get back on your feet...........

Hi Curtiss. Glad you're still around :-) I don't know your story but am wondering if you talked to anybody like a dr. or counsellor. We're here to listen but obviously can't dispense anti-depressant if you actually need them. I find that having daily goals/plans, exercise, regular sleep/wake hours, a journal and relaxation (reading/hot tub/etc.) helps me alot as well as my anti-depressants. Hope you find something that works for you :-)

Hi Curtis,

Exercise really helps me, when I can motivate myself to

do it!   It feels really great to push yourself and see

results (weight loss, muscle tone).  And you should

definately consider medication.  When I'm feeling down

about myself, my life, all the mistakes I've made, etc.....

I try to think about all the good things I have, instead

of what I don't have.  There's a lot of people who are

a lot worse off than I am.
