I am very new to this thing so please bear with me. Avoiding the stressful times sounds like a great plan. We can go into business and bottle it! Sadly, we both know that that's not the answer. I don't know if you suffer from anxiety as well but I do. They seem to go hand in hand. I get anxious which brings me down which makes me anxious . . .I am in CBT therapy. So far it hasn't done much good but I will see it through. I've heard it is a good thing. I also just started taking Klonopin which takes the edge off and allows me to see that my stresses will not lead to the end of the world as we know it. (Before Klonopin, a single Tylenol p.m. was helpful too!)
Keep writing to your friends here, that's a stress reliever. Exercise (my least favorite!) is good too. You might pop in to the AP forum once in awhile .
Remember, the stressful situations you find yourself in cannot possibly last forever. There's always the old trick of picturing those around you in their undies!!
